Rule for 1-Step and 2-Step Challenges
Accounts that are inactive for 30 consecutive days will be automatically breached.
If your account has an initial balance and is breached, you will have 48 hours to contact us. In these cases, we make exceptions and reactivate the account.
This policy aims to encourage activity and prevent traders from abandoning their accounts without trading again. ❄️
Rule for Express Challenges
In the express challenges you will have 7 days to approve your challenge, if 7 days after taking it you have not completed it, your account will automatically be breached.
